Darren Levine, Co-Founder and Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Worldwide Dies



The public was informed of the death of Darren Levine, Co-Founder and Chief Instructor of Krav Maga Worldwide, in the afternoon of January 28, 2026, via the Krav Maga Worldwide Los Angeles Facebook page.

He was a teacher, a leader, and a key figure in the development of Krav Maga as it is practiced today. His impact may be seen in the way Krav Maga is taught, practiced, and comprehended globally.

Under the direction and personal relationship of Imi Lichtenfeld, the Krav Maga's originator in 1981, Darren took the organization to the United States.

He took on the duty of upholding this system's integrity and making sure it continued to be sensible, accountable, and focused on saving lives.



Darren Levine dedicated his life to creating a way for individuals to become stronger, safer, and better able to defend themselves and those they care about. Every aspect of Krav Maga Worldwide and, consequently, KMMD was formed by his ideals, his enthusiasm for this work, and his dedication to practical instruction.

Darren prosecuted violent crimes as a Deputy District Attorney in Los Angeles for many years in addition to his work in Krav Maga. Mackenzie Ho Missing - Francis Lewis High School student Missing Since January 27


The news that a Francis Lewis High School student was missing was released on Wednesday, January 28. Mackenzie Ho, a 17-year-old, has been identified as the missing young person. Locals have been invited to watch doorbell or external security camera footage from Tuesday afternoon, and they are still being asked.



Mackenzie Ho was last observed traveling north on Utopia Parkway at 2:25 p.m. on Tuesday, January 27, after leaving school. Nobody has heard from her since, nor do they know where she might be.

She left the school, according to school surveillance footage, but she never made it home.

In order to ensure her safe return home, her family is pleading with the public to help them spread this information.

Everyone was startled when Shirley Raines, the CEO and founder of Beauty 2 The Streetz, was revealed. On Wednesday, January 28, 2026, the tragic news was initially shared on her Facebook page.

On Wednesday, January 28, Beauty 2 The Streetz released a statement informing the world of the death of Shirley Raines, the company's founder and CEO, who is affectionately known to many as Ms. Shirley.


The entire Beauty 2 The Streetz crew, the communities, and the many people whose lives were irrevocably altered by Ms. Shirley's compassion, kindness, and selfless dedication are all devastated by this loss.

All of her followers and loved ones who had the chance to meet and spend time with her were shocked by the news. Nobody had expected such a loss.

She was well known for her commitment to helping those who were homeless. She supplied food, necessities, and much more through Beauty 2 The Streetz.

Frisco Sledding Accident victim, Gracie Brito dies from injuries



Officials have confirmed, with her family's permission, that Gracie Brito, 16, passed away from injuries she received in a sledding accident on Sunday, January 25, 2026.

Lizzy Angle, who was also a part of the incident, was close friends with Brito. That following day, Lizzy passed away in the hospital.

Initial reports stated that a 16-year-old male was driving a Jeep through their neighborhood as the two girls were sledding on a sled. Critical injuries were sustained when the sled hit a curb and then a tree. Authorities said the incident is still being investigated, and the driver has not been made public.

Brito had recently obtained her driver's license.

The loss of these young girls, who were only beginning their wonderful lives, is being mourned by the Frisco community.



Gracie was well-known in her neighborhood as a committed cheerleader and a lively, gregarious student who had a profound effect on everyone in her vicinity. She had a reputation for encouraging others, appreciating collaboration, and having a great deal of compassion for those around her.

Family, friends, and classmates have all been profoundly impacted by her passing.

Gracie's family announces that she is fulfilling her desire to donate her organs, a selfless last gift from a girl who "always wanted to make others smile," as the community honors their good spirits.

Lauren Cannon Missing in Brandon–Seffner–Valrico area of Florida




As of Monday, January 26, 2026, a young woman named Lauren Cannon is reported missing from the Brandon–Seffner–Valrico area of Florida for more than twenty-four hours.

Her friends, family, and community supporters are requesting that assistance be given in any way that will be beneficial.

On Sunday, January 25, at approximately 9:00 PM, she was last saw in the Brandon–Seffner–Valrico region of Florida. Although her current location is unknown, there are rumors that she may still be in the Brandon/Seffner region.

Lauren weighs over 100 pounds and stands 5'6". According to her description, she has blue eyes and brown hair that reaches her shoulders.

Emporia teacher, Rebecca Rauber, missing since Saturday found dead




With the help of K9 Daisy and her team from K-9 Search & Rescue of Kansas, the Emporia Police Department located a deceased female roughly 300 yards from the location where Rebecca Rauber was last seen on camera on Sunday, January 25, 2026, at around 5:07 PM.



On Saturday, January 24, Rebecca, an Emporia teacher, vanished after leaving Town Royal in Emporia, Kansas, by herself at 11:30.

Another video captured Rebecca in the 700 block of W. 4th Ave. on Friday, January 23 at around 11:44 p.m. during the Sunday investigation. About 300 yards south of West 4th Avenue, where she was last seen on camera, her body was discovered.

She never got in touch with friends or relatives during the time she vanished. She left her phone, keys, jacket, and pocketbook behind and didn't drive.

The expanding update has been communicated to a next of kin.

Sharon Maccanico, 15-year-old missing in Mt Maunganui landslides found dead




Authorities revealed on Friday, January 24, 2026, that Sharon Maccanico, a 15-year-old student at Pakūranga College in East Auckland, was one of the six individuals that passed away in the landslides on Mount Maunganui.


The Victims are Identified as:

Lisa Anne Maclennan, 50, from Morrinsville
Måns Loke Bernhardsson, 20, from Sweden
Jacqualine Suzanne Wheeler, 71, from Rotorua
Susan Doreen Knowles, 71, from Ngongotaha
• Sharon Maccanico, 15, from Auckland
Max Furse-Kee, 15, from Auckland

The college has communicated with the impacted family to offer their sincere condolences.

Sharon Maccanico is from Avellino, Italy, according to an Italian media outlet. She was adored by many and would be sorely missed.

Joseph Andrew Bragg Identified As Man Who Abducted 7-year-old Brynlee Nelson




The person responsible for the disappearance of 7-year-old Brynlee Nelson is identified as Joseph Andrew Bragg. Some claim that Joseph Bragg "met" her mother using a dating app. Although they never met in person, he planned this because he was interested in the family, particularly Brynlee.


At around 12:34 a.m. on January 22, Albert Lea Police received a report about a car heading south on Interstate 35 that might be connected to the ongoing AMBER Alert. After finding the car in the Albert Lea region, the officers stopped it.

Officers verified that Brynlee Nelson, a little girl, was inside the car during the inquiry. Joseph Andrew Bragg, a 28-year-old Maple Grove resident, was arrested when she was safely found.

After being sent to the Mayo Clinic Health System in Albert Lea for a medical assessment, Brynlee was eventually reunited with her family.



Mayo Ambulance Service and the Freeborn County Sheriff's Office provided assistance to the ALPD.

7-year-old Girl, Brynlee Nelson, Zimmerman, MN Found?



A family member posted on Facebook that Brynlee Nelson, a 7-year-old youngster who went missing near Zimmerman, Minnesota, has been found safe. However, at the time this story was posted, there were no specifics regarding her discovery.

Brynlee was last seen getting off her school bus at a stop in the 26000 block of 13th Street West in Zimmerman, Minnesota, at around 3:30 on Wednesday, according to the sheriff's office.

It is believed that she got into a black vehicle with an unidentified registration plate. The sedan, which has silver rims and chrome under the side windows, may be a 2011–2015 Chevy Cruze. Authorities have not yet verified the possible relationship between this car.

Brynlee has hazel eyes, blonde hair, and is about 4'7" and 70 pounds.

The hunt is being led by the Sherburne County Sheriff's Office, which is advising locals to check their home security cameras in the afternoon for any unusual behavior.



Residents in the vicinity of Casey's and Zimmerman Home and Garden are being asked by the Zimmerman Fire Department to carefully inspect any campers, sheds, or other structures on their properties.

Friends have taken notice of the untimely death of Coach Eric Moskoff, a beloved and highly esteemed member of the WBYB family. Nobody had expected such a significant loss, therefore it was unexpected.

Bnai Torah Congregation, located at 6261 NW 18th Street in Boca Raton, Florida, will host his funeral services on Friday, January 23, 2026 at 11:00 AM.

The funeral will be followed by a burial at Eternal Light Memorial Gardens, 11520 FL-7 Boynton Beach, Florida.

His family is appreciative of all the love, prayers, and support they have received during this difficult time.

During this extremely trying time, the entire WBYB community is thinking and praying for Eric, his wife Shannon, and his son Aiden.



Over time, Eric developed into much more than just a coach; he was a leader, a mentor, and a consistent source of support for his players and their families. His commitment, generosity, and passion for the game had a profound effect on the neighborhood.
