Owen Kenney, a 19-year-old College of Charleston student, is missing from Charleston, South Carolina. Police and family are looking for him in the hopes that he will be located safely. He's originally from New Jersey's Tinton Falls.
Owen was last seen walking home on Bull Street in Charleston, South Carolina, at around two in the morning on Thursday, October 30, or early Friday, October 31. He never made it home, even though it was only a few minutes away.
Nobody knows where he might be right now or has heard from him.
He was dressed as the Boston Celtics for Halloween when he was last seen. He might have also been wearing a black zip-up hoodie.
He weighs roughly 155 pounds and stands 6'1". He has light brown hair (now buzzcut), blue eyes, and tattoos on his left knee, left shoulder, left shin, and right forearm.
