On Tuesday, February 11, 2026, the Marinette Police Department informed the public that Gabriella Cartagena, the young woman who had just gone missing, had been located, although her family was not happy with the news. The Marinette Police reported that they had found her body dead.
Since the death of their loved one was totally unexpected, family members have been informed and are figuring out how to deal with the terrible loss.
Regarding the case, a suspect in Gabriella Cartagena's disappearance is in jail following a fast-paced pursuit in Minnesota carrying an AR-15 and a red Toyota Prius.
