Along with other important agencies, the NJ FBI has been asked to help locate Owen and return him to his family. The Underwater Recovery Team, Harbor Patrol, K-9 teams, and the Unmanned Aerial System Team are among the resources Charleston police have employed in the hunt.
The Charleston County Sheriff's Office Aviation Unit, the South Carolina agency of Natural Resources, and Carolina K9 Search & Rescue of Anderson have all provided support to the agency.
19 years of age Friends last saw Owen Tillman Kenney, a freshman at the College of Charleston and a graduate of Red Bank Catholic High School in New Jersey, early on Friday, October 31.
On November 1st, the very following day, he was reported missing.
According to his pals, they last saw him strolling home at two in the morning, roughly a block away from the College of Charleston, where he attends. He was never able to reach his target.
Owen is characterized as a Caucasian male with blue eyes, light brown buzz cut hair, and a height of 6'1". He weighs 155 pounds. His left shoulder, knee, left shin, and right forearm are all tattooed.
The green Boston Celtics shirt was his most recent outfit. He might have also been wearing a black sweatshirt with a zip. His hometown is Titan Falls, New Jersey, and he completed his education at Red Bank Catholic High School in 2024.
According to detectives, Kenney's parents are still actively involved in the inquiry and they stay in regular communication with them.
