In a desperate search for 23-year-old former beauty queen Kada Scott, who disappeared on Saturday, October 4, 2025, the Philadelphia community is coming together. No social media or cell phone activity, and she hasn't contacted friends or relatives," Northwest Detectives Captain John Craig stated.
Her mother last saw Kada Scott on Saturday evening as she left The Terrace in Chestnut Hill, which is situated on East Abington Avenue, for work.
John Craig, the captain of the Philadelphia Police Department, stated at a news conference on Wednesday, October 10, that Scott showed up for work but left "prior to her shift’s completion" and has not been seen since.
Although officials stated that Scott's shift normally ran from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., it was unclear what time she left work. Her family is really worried since she was at work one minute and disappeared the next, amid rumors that a stranger had harassed her over the phone.
Officials and Scott's family have not yet identified the accused harasser, but they are still conducting a "very thorough" investigation.
She was nowhere to be seen, but her automobile was discovered outside her workplace.
During the news conference, Craig stated, "This is totally out of character." Please help Scott in any way you can; it will make it easier for her to get home quickly.
It won't take long to share this post.
The investigation is still going on.
