Missing Howard University Student Solomon Crowder, Found Dead


Dr. Stephanie Buckhanon Crowder announced the death of 21-year-old Solomon Crowder, who had been reported missing on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, via a Facebook post on Thursday, April 30.

Solomon's lifeless body was found in Chicago by DC police. No one knows the cause of his death or what actually happened to him, but DC Police and Howard University Police are looking into it.

Solomon was an exceptional young scholar and Christian. Prior to this terrible incident, he was supposed to graduate from Howard University over Mother's Day weekend.

As the family deals with this unfathomable loss, their anguish is immeasurable.
