The Hernandez family in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, is in need of the public's help in locating their 15-year-old daughter, Izabella Hernandez.
Because of the way she vanished, no one is aware of her present circumstances as of October 14, 2025, however police believe she may be in danger.
Izabella vanished from Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She was last spotted sporting black leggings, black/white sneakers, and a black crop-top t-shirt. She had a big bag with her as well. She is vulnerable and young.
Izabella weighs 100 pounds and stands 5'0".
Among her distinguishing features are a scar on her neck and an unidentified tattoo on her right hand.
