Daleza Fregoso Amber Alert, Missing child abducted in Los Angeles CA

On behalf of the Los Angeles Police Department, the California Highway Patrol is issuing an amber alert.

According to police, 40-year-old Ruben Fregoso kidnapped 4-year-old Hispanic girl Daleza Fregoso from Los Angeles on Sunday, May 24. The white 2019 Land Rover Discovery with the California license plate 9DAW715 is thought to be their vehicle.

On May 24, 2026, at around 0400 hours, Ruben and Daleza Fregoso were last observed in Los Angeles, California.

Daleza weighs roughly 45 pounds and stands 3'0". Her eyes are brown, and her hair is black. At the time this post was posted, it was unknown what she was wearing.

She doesn't know who Ruben Fregoso is. Don't approach if you see them; instead, dial 911 right away. He weighs roughly 200 pounds, stands 5'9" tall, has brown eyes and black hair, and his attire is unknown.

The public is asked to stay vigilant and to report any sightings right away.
